All over body rash...?

started on chin,one day later spread all over body (still on face,chest,arms,legs,back,stomach,neck,f… its itchy and it burns,looks kind of like goose bumps and red rash,havent changed anything diet wise or detergent/clothing wise, not sure what it could be from,doesnt seem to be contagious.any ideas?
