Can quail and call ducks be kept together?

we currently have ducks geese turkeys and hens all together free in our garden/croft. i have built a large run and insulated hen house to keep 6 coturnix quail which are in a brooder right now and im also planning on getting 3-5 call ducks, which i think are too small to live with the turkeys and geese so would they be alright all together in the run? thanks
