Im looking for books, that suit me!?

I have enjoyed, 3/3 of the current, Eragon - The Inheritance Cycle, Sookie Stackhouse series and Twilight. I am looking for a book a more adult than 'Twilight'. With FANTASY, Mistery, Danger, and LOVE/ROMANCE. My preference is a BIG book or better yest a long series. (who likes to be left wanting more?) Any one know of such books? Thank you!
