Iron deficiency or something else?

yes, this is an iron deficiency. but also a vitamin B12 deficiency. if you don't have enough vitamin B12 or folic acid, you can get headaches. iron and the B-vitamins usually need eachother to get absorbed into the body. so in other words, if you're missing one of them (iron or a B vitamin) you will be deficient in some other b vitamins as well!! you might want to get your iron, folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, and vitamin B5 levels checked up by the doctor/nurse. they will take a blood test to see if you're low in any of them. also, a deficiency in biotin, iron, zinc, and a lack of protein can cause hair loss.
