Do I need a cdl a for a 3500 dually with a 48 foot goose neck enclosed trailer with 2 3500 lb car in it/ Mike?

Most states only require a CDL if you are using the truck/trailer in a business. If it is for your private use only, you might not need a CDL. Check with your state's DMV just to be sure.
