Isn't Dirk slightly better than LeBron at making a team better than what they really are?

To Flash: Take Dirk, along with Brendan Haywood/Tyson Chandler off the team, give them a coaching change and injure Caron Butler, Jason Kidd and Shawn Marion for the majority of the season. I say they get 25 wins tops. That's the same situation Cleveland was in this year.
