Okay, I know this is weird but....?

Only sometimes, do my teeth (sometimes) feel like, painful when I chew food. Or more like, tingly. And I get chills and goose bumps. Basically I get really cold when my teeth are having one of their episodes. And it's very uncomfortable to chew, especially crunchy food. And I know it has nothing to do with temperature, like going from freezing cold ice cream to hot chocolate, because I do it all the time. But anyway, I have been even using sensitivity toothpaste and my dumb dentist doesn't know what is wrong with me. Can you help ? ;(
