Some twists I can add....?

For this story I'm thinking of writing about, it starts with this little girl in a hospital and there's this man that comes by everyday and plays for the children on his violin. In particular, the little girl (not sure what ails her yet) falls in love with his music and then I know one day he stops coming. And then I'm thinking maybe 10 years in the future, she's on her own, and she's learned how to play the violin and she wants to find the man that played for her when she was little but can't find him. I was wondering if she happens to meet his younger brother for romance, but I'm not sure yet. How does it sound and what can I do to add some twists? All help appreciated!
